Crystal created Phoenix Blue after she saw the entrepreneurs, visionaries, and c-suite executives around her repeatedly have the same recurring needs. Too often, the more successful they became, the more they were forced to take on operational tasks that took their focus away from their visionary strengths. Crystal is an operations-inclined generalist who has experience in an array of areas — from writing bylaws and creating non-profits, to business planning and SWOT analysis, to team and department creation, and much more. She has functioned as executive liaison to business owners and CEOs as well as leading her own co-founded non-profits and for-profits in East Texas (Embark Women, Tyler Web Dev, and Doxology Coffee Co. respectfully). She has her BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Business and is currently pursuing her MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Development.
